Joseph Gentile is a founding member of the firm, focused on representing individual and institutional clients in class action litigation, advising whistleblowers and counseling individuals with immigration issues in federal litigation.

Mr. Gentile’s practice focuses on advising the firm’s clients on all aspect of their case and working closely with government agencies, such as the Department of Justice and the SEC, to advocate on his clients’ behalf. He has litigated claims involving investment fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate mismanagement and immigration benefits. Mr. Gentile has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of investors, current and former employees and successfully worked with public companies to improve their corporate governance and compliance programs, as well as to modify disclosures made in company proxies and other public filings with the SEC.

Mr. Gentile is a FINRA approved arbitrator, was a licensed securities dealer and passed the Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) exams. Mr. Gentile is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP), and on the Board of Xavier Mission, a non-profit New York organization providing basic services to the needy.
